The scheme is conceived of as a simple form. The apartments are expressed as a suspended cube and clad in a stone screen - angled to avoid direct views moving down St Georges Bay Road but still allowing for northern light in and view out. The basement and entry is separated with a deep reveal from the units and treated as a solid platonic concrete form with sculpted entry.
